The silence which surrounds this rural property is part of the charm for our visitors. Beyond the gate, in the privacy of a small garden, guests can enjoy great peace and tranquility – and the small patio offers a wonderful opportunity to dine ‘al fresco’ on balmy summer evenings. This is an intensely romantic building that sleeps two.
Access to the bedroom is by way of a narrow winding stone stairway. The property is located beside the access gate for the Estate and Gardens.
Irish Landmark properties that welcome a pet may not have secure enclosures. It is vital that you supervise your pet during your stay. One dog is allowed at this property.

We had a wonderful few days away from the hustle and bustle of city life in our magical castle. It was like walking into a fairytale. The walk by the river has to be the most romantic place in the world!!
Absolutely amazing!! This was the trip that I have dreamed about my whole life. Annes Grove made my dreams come true. We love it!!
What can we say, absolutely magical. We would happily stay here for another week or two if that was possible. This place is beautiful and so full of happiness. I can safely say that this has by far been my favourite little trip away and for once I am not longing for my own bed!
My partner, our dog and I had a relaxing stay at Anne’s Grove in early February. We arrived just as a storm was brewing and I was concerned that the old building might not be warm enough. However, the wood burning stove kept us toasty and cosy as the storm whirled outside. The whole property was clean and well-maintained. It was perfect for our dog too as she had some grass outside to explore as well as the novelty of the warmth from the stove.
It was magnificent, I would highly recommend. We had the best time. The castle was so cosy we just curled up with books in front of the fire, it was the perfect getaway.
