Lucy is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who thinks she's a Wolfhound. She is a very brave dog for her size and she will approach any dogs, no matter how much they tower over her. She is a house and office dog and spends a lot of her day asleep on cushions, beanbags and feet! When she isn't asleep, she likes to walk on Sandymount Strand, run around like a maniac and chew on anything in her line of sight. Her nickname is Lucifer - usually she is called this at 4am when she decides that a human bed is more appealing than her own.

What a beauty! My own cavs wake me at 5 in the morning with 'mammy can I get in beside you' eyes that I can't say no too! They are real live teddy bears!

She's a dote. My own Cavalier also wakes us up at night - frequently! - hankering, as she does, after us. I wish, for a quiet life, I could tolerate her sleeping in the bed, but can't sleep when she's in the bed. Also, Cavaliers feel entitled to the BEST chair, the BEST spot in the bed (the pillow), etc.
