Lee is a Collie Mix, born sometime in 2009. I got her from Carrick Dog Shelter, where I worked for a while (I am from Sweden). My first encounter with Lee was amazing and I felt straight away that she was exactly what my life was missing. I loved her with all of my heart and she was so adorable. I knew it would be tricky to bring her back to Sweden but I couldn't leave her at the rescue. It was my duty to save her, and so I did. Lee is now in her new home in Sweden, her forever home, and we love her so much!

Lee is so cute. I have Woodie who kind of looks like him in the face!!!!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I could never imagine a life without Lee by my side. My life is not complete without her. Can't describe my feelings for her. Adopting a dog is not particularly complicated. I think everyone should adopt, just like me. I have never done anything better.

We also adopted several dogs from Carrick and each one gives us endless joy every day. We only wish we could do more. Lee is a wonderful looking dog, well done to you for giving her a forever home. Enjoy every moment. We wish more Irish people were as generous.

Lee has lived with us for a while now and she is doing very well. She has made great progress.  In one month, she gained 3 kg in weight. But the best of all, she seems happy now!
