Jack is a Dalmatian Labrador Cross who I got from the Carrick Dog Shelter in Monaghan. When I saw him on the internet I rang up to book him and 3 days later I drove from Portarlington to collect him. He settled in well and is great on walks but he needs some work off lead. He loves to be around other dogs and he is pictured below with my mother and father's dog Mossy who is a full breed Dalmatian. Jack looks like he could be his little brother! I have had Jack out and about with me on fishing trips and forest walks and he loves it.

We lost our beautiful Dalmation cross 3 weeks ago from cancer. She was 10. Looking at Jack's photos is like looking at her brother, I would love to hear more about him, how old is he? Do you know anything about his background, just wondering if they could have been related somewhere along the line.

Happy Birthday Jack, you handsome fella. Hope you get plenty of treats and pressies today. We are from Portarlington and we rescued Chrissie from Carrick Dog Shelter too. Great place!

Well done to you for giving Jack a good home. We too got our gang from Carrick Dog Shelter. What a great bunch of people they are. Jack looks so happy to have gotten a forever home. Well done to you, enjoy every moment.

When we get home from an adventure Jack gets into his bed and sleeps for the night. I hope to have Jack as long as my last dog Flave who was 19 when he passed away. Its good to have a dog again :-)
