Bailey is a Westie and was born around 2004. I rescued him from Battersea Dogs Home in 2005 when we lived in the UK. We just recently moved back to Ireland to live. He has been for obedience classes but does what he wants so its really me who needs the classes. He is a very headstrong little dog but he is a product of my allowances. My work takes me abroad so we're trying to get settled into a routine of kennels and a settled home life that works for us both. We have a very strong relationship and both love each other dearly.

Bailey (also known as Babycakes!) is a little healer dog and is such a comfort whenever I'm sick or sad. He's a real character and gets on well with every human and also every dog. He loves children and will let them pull him around. He is a bit scared of people on bikes or wearing hats so perhaps something happened to him when he was found as a stray by Battersea.

He is such a good looking dog and he loves attention. I clip him myself. I enjoy doing it and he doesn't mind it at all. He dries himself on the towel after his shower. He loves his walks... well he pulls me!!! He also loves his jumbones and will do absolutely anything for a sausage... his favourite food.

He is a great watchdog and makes me feel very safe. He comes everywhere with me and loves being in the car with the window down so that he can put his head out and feel the breeze. I hope you enjoy looking at his photos as he makes me smile every single day!
