Alex the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel on Oh My Dog.ie

Alex is a Tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and he was born in 2007. He lives in Co. Cavan with Mum, Dad, Emma and Paul and is indeed well and truly the fifth member of our family! We love him to bits and he loves us right back, especially if we have been away for a while, what a welcome back we get!! He loves to cuddle us, with a paw on each shoulder and nuzzle our faces for ages. His favourite toy of all is his yellow ball which he loves to chew and he especially loves Linda to play football with him so he can take the ball off her!

Well happy birthday Alex... it looks like you have life all sorted... you have the most photogenic face... I love the sleeping photo of you by the couch with your toy... its fabulous... have a great year xx

He is such a clever little fella and can sit, stay and roll over on command - all rewarded with either a hug or a favourite treat! His favourite words are 'car' and 'walk' and he barks frantically to get his lead on to get going. His play mate is Alfie (Paul and Claire's miniature Yorkshire Terrier) and they agree most of the time! He recently became a Daddy for the first time last December to two girls and one boy and they are gorgeous just like Alex. We all love Alex a great deal!
